Return Process

  Log into your VITALIA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your digital return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
